    Description: The user use the inherent power in their blood to fuel spell-casting. This is an ancient version that predates word-based magic and was considered by some to be more powerful. Blood Magic was a kind of magic based on the employment of blood which is an important component in many rituals, spells and other aspects of the supernatural world.

    Strengths:

    • Versatile


    Weaknesses:

    • Requires Blood


    Abilities:

    • Impurity Sense: This magic allows the user to sense foreign objects and impurities in others bodies. Such as radiation, narcotics, viruses, and diseases.
    • Blood Detection: The user is capable of detecting any creature with blood as a means to find fuel source for their magic.

    Type: Blood/Projectile
    Pre-requisites: The user is required to be bleeding or near a source a blood.
    Description: The user will cause their blood to take the shape of droplets and scatter around them. The droplets of blood will levitate around the user and is capable of quickly turn the droplets into sharp needles that are capable of piercing flesh.
    Duration: 3
    Cooldown: 4

    Health Optimization
    Rank: D
    Mana Cost: 25
    Type: Blood/Healing
    Pre-requisites: Requires contact with an exposed wound that is bleeding.
    Description: The user is able to cleanse the blood of any individual of any foreign objects and impurities such as radiation, narcotics, viruses, and diseases.
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2

    Bloody Gun
    Rank: D
    Mana Cost: 25
    Type: Blood/Projectile
    Pre-requisites: Requires a source of blood.
    Description: The user concentrate blood around their index finger and fire it like a bullet. The damage is minimal as it only cause pain, bruises, and punctured wounds.
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2

    Blunt Veins
    Rank: D
    Mana Cost: 25
    Type: Blood/Defense
    Pre-requisites: N/A
    Description: The user is able to selectively solidify their blood in their veins of any body parts to reduce physical damage. Increases Endurance by 3.

    Clot

    Type: Blood/Healing
    Pre-requisites: Requires an exposed wound that is bleeding.
    Description: The user is capable of clotting the blood others to stop them from bleeding out.

    Pre-requisites: N/A
    Description: The user is able to cut off the blood flow to their nervous cells which caused them to be immune to pain.

    Type: Blood/Stun
    Pre-requisites: Requires physical contact.
    Description: On physical contact, the user is able to cause lacerations to appear around the area he/she was touching from the ruptured veins.

    Blood Tracking
    Rank: C
    Mana Cost: 50
    Type: Blood/Tracker
    Pre-requisites: Requires the blood of the target that is being tracked.
    Description: The user is able to track down any indivdual as long as the user has the targets blood to begin with.
    Duration: 2
    Cooldown: 4

    B-Ranks:

    Blood Sigils
    Rank: B
    Mana Cost: 75
    Type: Blood/Defense
    Pre-requisites: Requires large amount of blood.
    Description: The user create symbols from his/her blood which acts as a warding. This is mostly drawn on windows and doors of a residence. The effects are that teleportation and portal creation are completely useless when trying to enter the building that is being protected by the sigils.
    Duration: 5
    Cooldown: 6

    Vampirism
    Rank: B
    Mana Cost: 75
    Type: Blood/Healing
    Pre-requisites: Requires the blood of an animal or human.
    Description: The user is able to heal his/her wounds by consuming the blood of others.
    Duration: 5

    C-ranks have 40 stat points. you got 5 extra stat points to play with.

    lower your cooldowns. Especially your D-rank cooldowns they shouldn't all be 4. you should have a few 3 and a few 2 and even a 1 post cooldowner in there.

    Bloody gun shouldn't have a duration as it's just an attack unless the attack takes 3 turns to pull off. Same goes with clot and some other moves they shouldn't need a duration. Take it easy and give yourself some leeway. I can't be a hardass on somebody whose being a hardass on himself :p

    I'll really review this app once your cooldowns are a little easier on yourself.

    clot: I think you accidently mixed up your cooldown and your duration. Just double checking.

    supressed pain: this is just me in science mode but if you cut your blood flow off from your nervous cells they'd die after a short. Meaning you'd never feel there again. You need to set a very short duration for this spell so your cells stay alive.

    Blood paralysis: asme thing. The cells would simply die not be paralyzed. At C-rank I can't allow such a spell to be used as an attack. Denied.

    devil's trap: impossible to break is a long stretch for B-rank. fix that.

    Alright, I've edited most of them.

    Clot: Thanks to telling me. I kinda messed up on that one.

    Suppressed Pain: Duration has been shortened.

    Blood Paralysis: Has been replaced by Laceration.

    Devil's Trap: I didn't say it was impossible. I stated that it can be broken as long there is someone outside of it to break it in the first place. Once you're inside, you're screwed. So you need to be perspective.

    That was the issue on devils trap. The rest is fine but there's always a self-escape method of some kind even if it's unconventional. I'd give an A-rank or S-rank spell that level of power but not a B-rank spell.
